Hispanic Racism in the United States.

Racism towards Hispanics has always existed, from the past times to the present, and it is something that must be faced because the last few years it has been out of control. The new reforms that have been taken towards Hispanics, be it the separation of families or the construction of the walls on the border, have unleashed bad reactions in Hispanic communities in the United States and many communities are upset about it.

There are thousands of Hispanic people in the United States who do not have documentation, and who are constant victims of racism on the part of Americans. Hispanic and Latino people have made great contributions to the arts and sciences, as well as providing a major workforce that continues to build and support what we now call the United States. The majority of Hispanics are U.S.-born and Latino immigration has been declining markedly in the last decade. Yet some Hispanics whose family roots in America date back centuries are still asked, especially if they have dark skin, where their family is from.
